As Assistant Store Manager, your focus is on motivating your team and providing each customer with a meaningful shopping experience. You are second-in-command, ready to step in for your Store Manager and take charge when necessary. Your goal is to drive store performance through excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient daily operations.

You will act as a role model and ambassador for Rituals, supporting your Store Manager in fostering a culture of trust. You will help recruit, hire, and retain a diverse and talented team, coach team members to enhance engagement and potential, and assist with day-to-day business activities as the right hand to your Store Manager.
