Qualifications

  • A degree or relevant qualification in construction management, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a construction environment, especially in refurbishment and residential projects fitting kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Proficient in using construction management software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Site Manager in planning and executing refurbishment schemes.
  • Monitor progress of ongoing projects against set timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Supervise and assist in the installation of kitchen and bathroom fittings.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns promptly.
