Job summary

Lovell Renew is actively seeking an Assistant Site Manager - Planned to join the decarbonisation and retrofit delivery team. The role involves supporting the Site Manager in coordinating retrofit works, engaging with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality and funding compliance for Social Housing projects.

You will contribute to SHDF programmes, manage budgets, and help deliver energy-efficiency measures in occupied properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role with P&L and budget management.
• Delivered retrofit and sustainability projects.
• SHDF project experience desirable; understanding of PAS 2030/2035.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager to ensure client enquiries are actioned and resolved promptly.
• Assist in the effective management of engineers and subcontractors and provide technical support.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in compliance with quality and funding requirements.
• Support the delivery of SHDF and funded retrofit programmes.
