Job summary

O’Neill and Brennan is recruiting an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a residential development in Woking, Surrey. The role reports to the Project Manager and focuses on managing plots from roof stage through to CML, coordinating trades, and maintaining safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years as an Assistant Site Manager with a residential developer, experience in timber frame and traditional builds, strong finishing knowledge, and proven subcontractor management

Qualifications

Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager for 2 years with a residential developer.
Experience working on timber frame and traditional build developments.
Strong knowledge of internal finishing stages and plot completions.
Excellent organisational and subcontractor management skills.
Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First aid.

Responsibilities

Managing plots from roof stage through to CML.
Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades.
Ensuring works are completed in line with build programmes and quality standards.
Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site.
Managing snagging, inspections and plot completions.
Reporting progress directly to the Project Manager.
