An established and growing residential developer is looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join the team on a 114-unit timber-frame development in Daventry.
This is a long-term appointment rather than simply a role for one development. With a growing pipeline of future schemes, the business is particularly interested in candidates based around Birmingham and the wider Midlands, within sensible travelling distance of its regional HQ and future developments.
Working closely with the Site Manager, you will support the day-to-day management and delivery of the development, with a particular focus on build process, quality, compliance and programme.

We are looking for an Assistant Site Manager with a strong background in residential housebuilding who is organised, methodical and particularly strong when it comes to processes and procedures.
You will need to be someone who understands that good site management is not simply about driving production — you will be expected to maintain high standards of quality, compliance, record keeping and build control throughout the development.
Previous timber-frame experience would be advantageous, although strong residential candidates from other build backgrounds will also be considered.
Ideally you will hold SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager looking to join a growing developer where there is a genuine pipeline of work and opportunity to progress with the business.
