Job summary

A 60-unit traditional residential development in Preston requires an experienced Assistant Site Manager. You will join the site management team to support daily delivery, monitor progress, and uphold quality and specification.

You will coordinate subcontractors, supervise site operatives, and ensure health & safety compliance while taking ownership of plot progression on a bespoke scheme.

Qualifications

• Assist with day-to-day management and coordination of the development.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to high standards.
• Identify issues early and implement solutions to prevent delays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with daily site coordination and progress across plots.
• Supervise subcontractors and site operatives; manage labour, materials and plant.
• Perform regular site inspections; ensure quality and health & safety compliance.
• Complete site paperwork, reports and inspections as required.
