Job summary

Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a residential new build project in Newport, Wales. You will work under the Site Manager using drawings and instructions to help deliver the development to NHBC standards and on schedule.

You will hold a First Aid at Work qualification, CSCS card and SMSTS, with NHBC Site Manager Accreditation preferred, and you'll coordinate health and safety, trades and materials, site presentation and handovers.

Qualifications

• Qualified First Aider at Work.
• CSCS Card and SMSTS.
• NHBC Site Manager Accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Site Manager with the full construction cycle to meet deadlines.
• Assist in health and safety management on site.
• Coordinate trades and materials to keep the project on schedule.
• Support site presentation and handover processes.
