Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a residential new build project in Newport, Wales. You will work under the Site Manager using drawings and instructions to help deliver the development to NHBC standards and on schedule.

You will hold a First Aid at Work qualification, CSCS card and SMSTS, with NHBC Site Manager Accreditation preferred, and you'll coordinate health and safety, trades and materials, site presentation and handovers.

Sphere Solutions recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager, you will have relevant previous site experience gained building residential new build homes. Using specified drawings and instructions, you’ll support the Site Manager with the entire construction cycle to ensure all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards. Based on site and reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll assist in managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material co-ordination, site presentation and handovers.
