Job summary

NHBC national PLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a permanent role in the East Midlands region. The site is based in Leicestershire, working alongside a Senior Site Manager and a Trainee Site Manager on an existing project.

Applicants should hold or be prepared to obtain SMSTS, CSCS, NVQ Level 4 and First Aid. Prior experience as an Assistant Site Manager or in a related construction role is preferred, with opportunity to progress within the high-performing region.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, CSCS, NVQ Level 4 and First Aid are required; the company will arrange training if needed.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred; construction industry experience could suffice.
