Job summary

Approach Personnel Ltd is recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager on a permanent basis for a major Midlands housing developer. The site is in Northampton, working with a Senior Site Manager and a Trainee Site Manager on an existing site of 217 units. The role requires SMSTS, CSCS, NVQ Level 4 and First Aid.

Training and new qualifications can be provided if needed. Experience in a similar role is preferred, with general construction knowledge also considered.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management or assisting senior site teams on housing projects.
• SMSTS, CSCS and NVQ Level 4 required; First Aid certification preferred.
• Willingness to undertake training to gain required qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Site Manager and Trainee Site Manager on the Northampton site with 217 units.
• Support day-to-day site operations, safety and quality on site, and coordination with trades.
