Assistant Site Manager | Permanent

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + car / allowance / package
Location: Hertfordshire

I have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a reputable, dynamic company that specializes in providing high quality apartments, houses, and commercial projects in London and the Home Counties.

The company has been around since the 1990s, carrying out projects including new build residential, residential refurbishments, as well as refurbishment and conversions of commercial properties, up to £20m in value.

They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager that has experience working for a reputable Main Contractor, ideally with experience of new build residential, residential refurbishments, as well as refurbishing/converting buildings.

Assistant Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Ideally Degree qualified
• Experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record working on new build residential, residential refurbishments, and refurbishment/conversions of commercial properties
• Familiar with Traditional Build and RC Frame Apartments
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
