Qualifications

• Previous experience on high-volume, new-build housing developments.
• Extensive knowledge of managing labour-only groundworkers/subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in the progression of housing developments.
• Manage onsite construction and customer care responsibilities.
• Maintain the site’s build programme in accordance with budgets.
• Comply with health & safety and environmental policies.

Skills

Full UK Driving Licence

Excellent knowledge of construction build programmes

Strong commercial awareness

Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes

Experience of successfully delivering customer service requirements

Awareness of codes of practice e.g. NHBC

Education

Relevant qualification or good experience in Construction Management

CSCS card

SMSTS Card

First Aid at Work certification

Scaffolding CISRS certification
