Job summary

Vistry Kent in Greenhithe is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager on a new build site. You will help ensure health and safety compliance, coordinate subcontractors and materials, and assist with inspections, snagging, and customer-facing activities to maintain a high-quality build.

With a culture of collaboration, you will contribute to site operations and presentation while following group policies and achieving site targets.

Qualifications

• Experience on new build construction projects.
• Ability to manage health and safety on site.
• Customer-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in ensuring site compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and materials to maintain schedule and quality.
