Job summary

Avocet Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to support an Existing Site Manager and Project Manager on a busy development south of Bath. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage groundworks and forward works packages, and ensure QA/QC and site coordination.

The ideal candidate will hold SMSTS/SSTS and CSCS and have proven experience working in a team on large projects. The contract can be offered CIS or PAYE as required.

Qualifications

• SMSTS/SSTS and CSCS required.
• Experience in a team on a busy project preferred.
• Ability to coordinate site operations and groundworks.

• Support the Existing Site Manager and Project Manager on a busy development.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, groundworks and forward works packages.
• QA/QC, Site Coordination, supervising lifting and concrete pours.
