Thorn Baker Recruitment is partnering with a quality-focused housing developer in Leicester to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a new build residential development. You will support the Site Manager, coordinate subcontractors and drive quality from construction through to handover.

We’re offering a strong development path, comprehensive training programmes and dedicated academies to help you progress in your housebuilding career.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build housing developments.
• Good knowledge of NHBC standards and quality requirements.
• Experience with traditional build construction methods.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of a new build housing development.
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor build quality and ensure compliance with NHBC standards and health and safety regulations.
• Oversee construction progress, ensuring deadlines and build programmes are achieved.
• Help drive quality throughout the build process, from construction through to customer handover.
