Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a temp-to-perm role on a high-volume new build housing development in Billingham, TS23. The successful candidate will manage a fast-paced site, ensure NHBC and company quality standards, and lead a team to deliver on programme targets.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years in site management on new build housing, proven experience with UK housebuilders, and up-to-date SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Manager on new build housing sites.
• Proven experience running sites for recognised UK housebuilders.
• Up-to-date SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure build programmes are achieved.
• Manage trades, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
• Lead on snagging, customer care, and handover standards.
• Assist with Health & Safety file preparation and site documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external inspectors.
• Maintain Construction Phase Health & Safety plan as works proceed.
