Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an Assistant Site Manager in Doncaster to join a high-volume, NHBC-standard housing development. This temporary role offers potential for a permanent position for someone with a proven track record delivering volume new-build sites.

You will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage trades and subcontractors, and ensure strict health & safety compliance on a fast-paced, tidy site, reporting to the Contracts Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as an Assistant Manager on new build housing sites.
• Proven experience working for recognised UK housebuilders.
• Up-to-date SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company quality standards and NHBC guidelines.
• Lead and coordinate the site team, manage trades and subcontractors.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain site housekeeping.
• Assist with Health & Safety file preparation and site documentation.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and report to Contracts Manager.
