Job summary

Bloor Homes is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager in Thame Meadows, Oxfordshire to support the Site Manager and supervise on-site labour. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage deliveries, and drive quality and programme adherence on a busy new-build site.

Essentially you will uphold health and safety standards, read drawings, and maintain attention to detail to deliver customer-ready homes. Training and development are a focus at Bloor Homes.

Qualifications

• Experience on a new build construction site.
• SMSTS and First Aid qualifications.
• Knowledge of site health and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and designs.
• Excellent attention to detail and a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all employed and sub-contract labour on site.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and material deliveries in support of the Site Manager.
• Schedule work to meet production targets and maintain quality.
• Ensure working methods are performed correctly on site.
• Assist with pre-completion inspections with purchasers.
