Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Site Manager or similar role.
• Understanding of construction processes and site operations.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate trades and manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, practical approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements.
• Full UK driving licence where required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager with day-to-day running of construction sites.
• Help coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials and site logistics.
• Monitor progress against programme deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and site presentation.
• Assist with quality inspections, snagging and handovers.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
• Help resolve operational issues efficiently; promote positive working relationships across the site team.
