Job summary

Crest Nicholson plc is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for our Midlands Division, initially based at the Malabar development in Daventry, Northamptonshire. The role focuses on delivering high-quality homes on time, while maintaining safety standards and coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams.

You’ll work closely with site leadership to drive progress, address challenges and ensure finishing quality across plots.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar assistant level role within construction.
• Ability to lead site teams and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Proactive, resilient and focused on delivering quality homes.

Responsibilities

• Support the site manager to deliver projects on time and to budget.
• Ensure safety standards are consistently met across the site.
• Coordinate with trades, suppliers and other departments to maintain progress.
• Provide guidance and direction to subcontractors to achieve targets.
