Crest Nicholson is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for our Midlands Division, initially based at the Malabar development in Daventry. You will be a proactive link between site activities, subcontractors and internal teams, driving quality and timely delivery while adhering to safety standards.

You will need hands-on trades awareness, a background in building traditional homes, and a proven ability to complete projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar assistant level role with hands-on trades knowledge in a specialised area.
• Track record of delivering traditional homes and completing projects on time.
• Ability to lead and coordinate subcontractors and maintain safety standards.
