Job summary

Keepmoat is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join our Bridgwater development. You will support the Site Manager in delivering the project on time, to quality standards and within budget, coordinating on-site teams and prioritising safety.

Applicants should have 5 GCSEs at C/4 or above and hold a Full UK driving licence; you will help ensure plots are finished to a high standard and contribute to an inclusive on-site culture.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above along with industry requirements.
• Full UK driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager to run the building project to agreed timescales, quality and cost.
• Ensure plots are completed to a standard finish that exceeds customer expectations.
• Adhere to Keepmoat Health, Safety and Sustainability standards on site.
