An award winning National House builder are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to help manage a new build housing project in Coventry.

The Role:

As an experienced Assistant Site Manager, you will report to the Site Manager and assist in managing a new build housing project in Coventry. The houses are mid-range quality homes and range from 2 to 4 bedrooms (semi and detached). You will help manage the site within a set build program and ensure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

On a daily basis, you will carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to the program. You will be responsible for health and safety on site, which will involve identifying risk assessments, safe systems of work, and conducting weekly audits. You will control and monitor all resources, including materials and subcontractors. As a successful Assistant Site Manager, you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.

The Person:

It is likely you have previously worked as either an Assistant Site Manager, Site Manager, Foreman, Supervisor, or Manager in a similar new build house building environment or a similar housing organisation/developer.
