Job summary

Grapevine Ltd in Tonbridge is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a main contractor with a portfolio of community projects including libraries, schools, leisure centres and housing. The role is based on site with long-term career potential and a competitive package.

Candidates should have 5+ years’ experience with a main contractor on leisure centres, libraries, NHS or school projects, plus a Black CSCS Card and SMSTS. Location: Tonbridge, Kent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager in coordinating site activities, health & safety compliance and quality control.
• Support project delivery across leisure centres, libraries, NHS or school schemes as assigned.

We are looking for a main contractor’s Assistant Site Manager on the behalf of a Tonbridge-based firm with a broad portfolio of interesting, bespoke, high quality community projects (libraries, schools, leisure centres and housing).

A number of contracts have recently been signed so the project the successful candidate could be given is likely to be one of the following; a Leisure Centre in Lewisham, a fit-out for the Met Police in Croydon or a healthcare project in Sevenoaks.
