An award-winning Five-star builder has a requirement for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their build team for new build development in Preston. The company delivers high-quality homes across the North of England and prides itself on its commitment to building quality, high specification homes.
Working closely with the Site Manager, you will assist with the full construction operation including the control and organisation of labour and sub-contractors, Health & Safety, preparing for site inspections, programming site activities, and dealing with customer care defects.
