About the role of Assistant Site Manager: You'll be working with a 5-Star house builder alongside a team on 300 timber frame units, for a local housing association, based in Cheshire. They have built an enviable reputation in the housing sector, specialising in new build affordable and spec housing developments, and have a lot of repeat business due to working in partnership with housing associations. They maintain a low staff turnover by fostering internal career progression and promoting from within.

Responsibilities for Assistant Site Manager

• Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the management of work activities and trade subcontractors on site, safety, and quality management.
• Coordination of subcontract trades and ensuring company standards are followed for health and safety.
• Participation in coordination and progress meetings.

Requirements for Assistant Site Manager

• A proven track record of delivery as an Assistant Site Manager within the new build housing sector.
• Experience working on timber frame developments.
• Relevant industry qualifications and certificates.
