Job summary

MWH Treatment is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join the Construction team across the Anglian Region, providing day-to-day leadership at site. You will deputise for the Site Manager and drive performance, continuous improvement and stakeholder management.

You will support planning and delivery of construction activities, coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors, and help manage site resources to ensure projects meet objectives and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or equivalent on medium-sized construction projects.
• SMSTS training, CSCS card and Health & Safety or First Aid at Work courses.
• Programme and resource management experience.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A valid UK driving licence.

We are looking to strengthen our Construction team with an Assistant Site Manager based at sites across the Anglian Region.

The role provides day-to-day leadership to site teams and subcontractors, coordinating multiple work activities while developing the skills and experience required to progress into a Site Manager position. You will deputise for the Site Manager when required, and play a key role in driving performance, continuous improvement, and effective stakeholder management.
