Job Purpose:
We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the successful delivery of residential housing developments in Oxford. Working closely with the Site Manager, you will help ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Business Overview:
Lucy Developments is a developer of high-end, sustainable homes for sale, with prime sites within a 90-minute commute time from Oxford. The business partners with the very best architects, designers and craftsmen to create bespoke, EPC A- or B-rated homes that embrace innovative design, ecological materials and renewable energy.
Job Context:
The role involves assisting the Site Manager with daily operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, supervising subcontractors and trades to maintain quality and timelines, coordinating materials and logistics, conducting quality control checks, maintaining site documentation, liaising with clients and other stakeholders, and solving on-site problems effectively.
Job Dimensions:
The role will be based on site, and this will be for duration of projects until completion in and around the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire area.
