About the role of Assistant Site Manager

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager on a new Development overseeing day to day operations and help ensure the project is completed on time and to the highest standards while meeting weekly targets.

• Work closely with the Site Manager to coordinate trades and subcontractors
• Monitor progress and quality control
• Promote a safe working environment
• Support in managing resources and site logistics
• Help troubleshoot issues and contribute to problem solving

Requirements for Site Manager

• CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid
• Proven Experience as an Assistant Site Manager or a similar role in the residential sector
• A proactive approach with strong organisational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with NHBC / LABC / premier
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• trades background would be desirable
