A privately owned housebuilder is looking to appoint a new Assistant Site Manager for a site in Market Drayton, Shropshire.

The role:

The Assistant Site Manager will work on a site in the Shropshire area and report to the Site Manager.

Duties include:

1. Carrying out toolbox talks and maintaining records according to the program.
2. Joint responsibility for health and safety on site, including assisting in identifying risk assessments, safe systems of work, and conducting weekly audits.
3. Controlling and monitoring resources, including materials and subcontractors.
4. Maintaining and recording site records accurately.

The Person:
