About the role of Assistant Site Manager

You will be working with a 5-Star award winning house builder, working alongside their current team on timber frame and traditional, open market units, based in Sandbach. This is an established house builder based in Lancashire, who specialise in 3-5 bed, high end developments.

Responsibilities for Assistant Site Manager

• Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the management of work activities and trade subcontractors on site, safety and quality.
• Management and coordination of sub-contract trades.
• Ensuring company standards followed for health and safety.
• Coordination and progress meetings.

Requirements for Assistant Site Manager

• A proven track record of delivery as an Assistant Site Manager within the new build housing sector.
• You will have timber frame or traditional build experience.
• Relevant industry qualifications and certificates.
