The role & about the client:

On behalf of our client, ITS Construction Professionals South are recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager for a construction company based in Hampton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding the company's health and safety policy and ensuring that it is implemented by all staff under your control.
• Assisting the Site Manager and reporting back to them.
• Coordinating all activities on site in a safe manner, ensuring everything aligns with the agreed construction programmes and costs.
• Maintaining all administrative procedures as required.
• Providing regular feedback and reporting all activities.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Being proactive and helping to motivate the team.
• Having good knowledge of systems and technology.
• Having a good eye for finishings.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Experience working as an Assistant Site Manager for a Main Contractor.
• Relevant tickets: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid.
• Experience with refurbishments.
