Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a busy residential development in Littlehampton on a freelance basis. You will support the Site Manager and Project Manager, taking plots from 1st fix to completion and coordinating trades on a fast-paced site.

The role requires proven on-site management experience with a developer, strong knowledge of the build process, and valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as an Assistant Site Manager with a developer.
• Strong knowledge of the build process from 1st fix to handover.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades on a fast paced site.
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid.
