To ensure the correct completion of works on housing developments, ensuring proper working methods are followed, and to actively promote safe working practices on site.
Staff responsibilities include assisting the Site Manager with these responsibilities.
The construction department is responsible for the company’s developments, which vary over time and include the company’s product range. The department ensures construction of a quality product, safely, within budget and time constraints, working closely with the Sales department to ensure customer satisfaction.
Working on-site under the direction of the Site Manager, the role involves ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving cost and quality control.
Effective working relationships are essential daily. Internal relationships include colleagues within the division and the Health & Safety department. External relationships involve subcontractors, suppliers, utility providers, NHBC, Local Authority Building Control, HSE, and purchasers.

HNC/HND.
Experience in a similar role within the housebuilding industry.
