Assistant Site Manager

Near Heathfield

GBP230 – GBP240 per day CIS

12 Weeks

A National house builder based in, East Sussex, is currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the site team to ensure successful completion of CML's
• Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and proactive approach to quality control
• Update internal systems with Part L information and pictures, requiring strong IT literacy
• Utilize previous experience with internal systems to effectively manage tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar fast–paced environment
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
• CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
• FAW (First Aid at Work) certification
• Ideally from a trade background in carpentry or dry lining
