Job description

We have two excellent opportunities for Assistant Site Managers to join our site teams based in either Storrington or Ringmer, Surrey. Both developments consist of timber frame traditional build houses.

Your daily activities will include supporting the day-to-day operation of the development as well as meeting company objectives for safety, quality, production, cost, and presentation.

Working closely with the site team, you will assist with their organization, including managing contractors and sub-contractors, and inducting all operatives and visitors. Responsibilities also include organizing daily site operations, both in construction and management, understanding and implementing health & safety and environmental regulations, maintaining company quality standards in accordance with NHBC and building regulations, managing materials within budgets, attending site meetings, and conducting site inspections.

About You:

• Proven experience in the residential property or house builder sector
• Hold a professional or technical building qualification
• Knowledge of building regulations, health & safety requirements, NHBC standards, and other building standards
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Organizational and time management skills
