The ideal candidates will have significant on-site experience, particularly in multi-development projects like flats, apartments, hotels, or houses. A Black Manager CSCS Card, SMSTS certificate, and First Aid Certificate are highly desirable.

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of site-based projects and will assist and support the control and delivery of our construction projects in Exeter/Ivybridge. You will promote customer relations and ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are achieved. When necessary, you will deputise for the Site Manager.
