We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Site Manager to join our team at our Eastbourne site. This role involves ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality development projects, delivering excellent customer experiences.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have significant on-site experience, especially in multi-development projects such as flats, apartments, hotels, or houses. A Black Manager CSCS Card, SMSTS certificate, and First Aid Certificate are highly desirable.

• Coordinate materials, plant, and labor to meet project requirements
• Supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with standards
• Prioritize safety through regular inspections and vigilance
• Assist in preparing properties for customer handover and communal areas for management

Candidate Attributes

• Experience in trades, supervisory roles, or site management
• CSCS Card at an appropriate level
• Basic computer skills

• A valid UK Driving License
