Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking for a new challenge and opportunity for career progression with a leading Housing Developer?

About the role of Assistant Site Manager

A leading housing developer has a requirement for an Assistant Site Manager to join their award-winning team. The company operates across the Kent region delivering high quality homes in desirable areas.

Working on a busy site, you will be reporting to the Site Manager. On a daily basis, you will be assisting with the daily management on-site ensuring homes are built to an exceptional standard. Your role will involve dealing with plots from pre-plaster stages through to internal fit-out from 1st fix and getting plots ready for completion and handover.

Requirements for Assistant Site Manager

• Previous management experience within a volume house builder
• CSCS, SMSTS, and 1st Aid
• Up-to-date knowledge of building legislation and warranty providers' requirements (LABC, NHBC)
• Timber frame experience would be advantageous
