Assistant Site Manager

Location: Leicestershire
Salary: 45K- 47K per Year
Contract: Permanent
Type: Full Time

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK PLC Housebuilder, in assisting them with recruiting of an Assistant Site Manager for their major residential scheme in Leicester. The scheme compromises of 140 Traditional build units, mixture of houses and flats.

Duties

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for taking units from 2nd fix stage through to handover. You will be responsible for managing around 20 plots at one time. You will be responsible for managing the programme, managing subcontractors on site and managing health and safety on site.

Requirements

• CSCS
• Minimum 2 -3 years experience
• SMSTS
• First Aid certificate
• Fire Marshall
• Knowledge of NHBC & Building Regulations

Desirable

• An individual who has worked with a larger house builder
