Assistant Site Manager

Location: Leicestershire

Salary: £45K - £47K per Year

Contract: Permanent

Type: Full Time

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK PLC Housebuilder, to assist them in recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for their major residential scheme in Leicester. The scheme comprises 140 traditional build units, including a mixture of houses and flats.

Duties:

• Taking units from 2nd fix stage through to handover.
• Managing approximately 20 plots at a time.
• Managing the programme and subcontractors on site.
• Overseeing health and safety on site.

Requirements:

• CSCS card.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
• SMSTS certification.
• First Aid certificate.
• Fire Marshall qualification.
• Knowledge of NHBC & Building Regulations.

Desirable:

• Experience with a larger house builder.
