Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a busy residential development in Crawley. The freelance position supports the Site Manager and Project Manager, taking plots from 1st fix to completion.

You will oversee plots, coordinate trades, and maintain H&S and quality control, ensuring snagging is completed efficiently on a long-term project with a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Assistant Site Manager with a developer.
• Strong knowledge of the build process from 1st fix to handover.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades on a fast paced site.
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid

Responsibilities
