Job summary

Our client is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to support a busy housing development in Bath on a temporary contract of about one month. You will work alongside the Site Manager to ensure plots are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of quality.

You will supervise trades, monitor workmanship quality, and coordinate labour and materials while upholding health & safety and reporting to site and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience on residential housing developments.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to manage and motivate trades.
• Well organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid.

This is a temporary contract role expected to last approximately one month, ideal for an experienced site professional who can quickly integrate into the team and hit the ground running.
