Job summary

Linsco is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a new build care home development in Banbury. You will support daily operations, supervise subcontractors, and conduct inductions to ensure safety and progress.

The role focuses on maintaining programme adherence and quality across the site during a cover period. The ideal candidate will have proven care home project experience, valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates, and strong communication and organisational skills to manage
