Assistant Site Manager – Freelance (CIS)
Location: Waddesdon, Aylesbury
Duration: 12 weeks
Rate: Competitive (CIS basis)
Start Date: ASAP

O'Neill and Brennan are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a reputable and growing house builder, supporting a large residential development in Waddesdon, Aylesbury.

Scope of Works:

You will be assisting with the delivery of timber frame housing, focusing on remedial works across a live and ongoing development. The role requires strong organisational skills and a proactive approach, working as part of a close-knit site team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day operations

  • Coordinating sub-contractors and ensuring quality standards are met

  • Monitoring health & safety compliance on site

  • Assisting in managing remedial works on completed/occupied homes

  • Communicating effectively with trades, suppliers, and clients

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Site Manager

  • 1–2 years working with Timber Frame construction

  • Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations

  • SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (in-date certifications)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
