Balmoral Offshore Engineering is seeking an Assistant Service Supervisor to join the Contracts team on an on-site role across the UK. The role features a structured three-year Training and Development Programme designed to equip you with technical knowledge, practical experience and leadership skills for progression to a Service Supervisor.

You will support Supervisors, Managers and Project Managers, undertake site surveys, audits, and reports while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a strong commitment to health and safety.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally overseas.

Responsabilités

• Support Service Supervisors, Site Managers and Project Managers with on-site activities.
• Assist with site supervision and project reporting.
• Conduct site surveys and audits.
• Support technical investigations as required.
• Build strong relationships with customers and installation teams.
• Monitor quality, safety and project performance.
• Attend site meetings and pre-start surveys.
