Job summary

Wellbore Integrity Solutions UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day oilfield operations, coordinating equipment and personnel to meet customer requirements and timelines. You will assist the Operations Manager in daily activities and ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met.

Responsibilities include supervising Location Supervisors, preparing procedures and quotes, and participating in pre/post job meetings with clients.

Qualifications

5+ years relevant oil field experience
Proficient verbal and written communication with supervisors and peers
Advanced computer skills
Strong leadership skills
Multi-tasking ability and able to respond to emergency situations effectively
Advanced knowledge of Fishing, Well P&A and Wellbore Departure products and services
Ability to work closely with fellow employees
Commitment to continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations through coordination of equipment and personnel
Supervise Location Supervisors
Communicate with sales force to secure customer requirements and time frames
Prepare procedures and quotes
Attend pre and post job meetings with customers
Process accounts payable and receivables
Assist in preparation of reports
Available on a 24 hours call basis to respond to customer needs
Train staff and evaluate employee performance; initiate promotions/transfers/disciplinary actions
Comply with WIS Quality Policy and all Safety rules
