Cartrefi Cymru provides support to people across Wales. We are looking for an Assistant Service Manager to join our team.

You will work alongside the Service Manager to lead and support the team, providing personalized support to individuals and collaborating with families, local authorities, and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and will have completed QCF Level 2.

Flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing excellent support are essential.

  • You will receive excellent training with opportunities to gain QCF qualifications.
  • Fully paid DBS and SCW fees.
  • Employee assistance program and well-being app.
  • 20 days of annual leave, increasing to 25 days after 5 years of service.
  • Long service awards.
  • Blue Light Card.
