Are you an experienced Support Worker eager to advance your career by making a meaningful impact? Cartrefi Cymru provides support across Wales, and we are looking for an Assistant Service Manager to join our team.

You will work alongside the Service Manager to lead and support the team, providing personalized support to individuals and collaborating with families, local authorities, and key stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
• Completed QCF Level 2 qualification
