Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of pupils with SEND and the strategies needed to support them academically and pastorally.
• Evidence of outstanding teaching and the outcomes for pupils with SEND.
• Experience working with a range of stakeholders and ASD provision.

Responsibilities

• Support SENDCO in the strategic development of SEND in the primary phase.
• Hold staff to account in delivering an inclusive curriculum.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and ASD staff to ensure SEND provision is effective.
